Job Description

You will join the "Advisory and Contract Support" team within the Capital Markets legal department as a financial lawyer for a period of 6 months to address an increase in workload.

Your daily tasks will include :

• Drafting and updating templates for framework contracts such as FBF, ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, AFTI;
• Analyzing legal opinions from the market regarding close‑out netting and collateral agreements;
• Providing necessary legal support to negotiators of framework contracts;
• Monitoring and implementing, where applicable, regulations concerning derivatives, delivered repos, and securities lending;
• Participating in various ISDA and FBF committees and working groups.

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

About you :

With a higher education in French business and financial law, you have at least 3 years of experience in law firms or financial institutions, in areas related to framework contracts. Ideally, you have additional training in foreign law (such as LLM) or in management / economics (such as Sciences Po or Ecole de commerce).
