Job summary

Danone Invites a Master’s student for a 6-month internship at the Gif-sur-Yvette Research Center, starting January 5, 2026. You will assist the QFS Data Analytics & Digital team under supervision, handling incidents, monitoring dashboards, and supporting data-driven decisions.

You’ll gain exposure to SaaS tools, change control, and monthly reviews while contributing to process improvements and training materials. France-based role with some remote options.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Strong data analysis skills with Excel, Power BI, SQL or Python.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Triage and follow up requests and complex incidents (L3/L4) with IT and product teams.
• Monitor platform health, usage, and license consumption; identify risks.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track usage and SLA performance.
• Support user provisioning, roles, and permissions; update guides and notes.
