Dataiku, a platform for AI success, seeks a Junior User Experience Designer to join our Paris-based product team focused on Data Science Platform UX. You will work with product, design, and development to understand business needs, conduct usability studies, and promote standard UX practices.

You will collaborate with senior designers and engineers, contribute to research, wireframes, and prototypes, and help shape a user-centered data science experience across industries.

Qualifications

• Portfolio featuring student or professional examples of interaction design work.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant UX design experience.
• Understanding of user-centered design approaches and tools (including wireframes, journey maps, and user flows).

Responsabilités

• Support concept validation studies and analysis under supervision.
• Research consumer behaviors, expectations, and benchmark competitors.
• Assist in preparing and delivering presentations of findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Translate design decisions and UX recommendations for feature concepts into wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Create and test user flows and low-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineers to understand technical constraints and overcome design challenges.
• Contribute to the maintenance of our styleguide and our in-house design language.
• Research and stay current with trends in UX and design.
• Actively learn to understand the constraints and needs of various industries.
