  • Coordinate closely with the operations team during handover and clarification of files.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, respond to last minute requests, and adapt to market changes to maintain the agency's competitiveness.

  • Proactive: you anticipate needs and take initiative without waiting to be asked.
  • Highly organized: you are structured and comfortable managing several active files at once.
  • Calm under pressure: you handle last minute changes and unexpected situations without losing track.
  • Detail oriented: you catch inconsistencies before they become problems.
  • Autonomous: you take ownership of your workload without needing constant supervision.
  • Skilled itinerary builder: you know how to design a logical, well paced itinerary that flows smoothly from start to finish.
  • Open to feedback: you receive feedback with maturity, put it into practice, and use it to improve.
  • Fluent French: you operate comfortably in French, both written and spoken.
  • Fluent English: you operate comfortably in English, both written and spoken.
  • Flexible with working hours and days during client trip follow up.
  • Comfortable with tools: CRM (Salesforce), Google Workspace, Office Pack and Google Drive tools.
  • Good knowledge of France: you are familiar with destinations, seasonality, transport, and supplier dynamics across the country.
  • Prior experience in a DMC, tour operator, or similar sales environment (appreciated but not required)
  • Curious, proactive, rigorous, and persuasive.
