Job Overview

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support the recruitment of talents to drive the transformation of different Functions in Stellantis. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless candidate experience, assisting recruiters and hiring teams through interview coordination, resume screening, and sourcing support. This is a learning‑focused role ideal for someone starting their career in talent acquisition with a strong interest in a multinational automotive company. This position is part of the French Talent Acquisition team which is managing permanent recruitments but also internship and apprenticeship for all of our sites.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to understand needs and domains of activity
  • Post job descriptions across internal systems and external platforms
  • Conduct initial CV screening and support first‑round interview scheduling
  • Manage candidate records in our ATS, Workday, with high accuracy
  • Communicate interview logistics and status updates to candidates
  • Support sourcing efforts for early‑career software, engineering, and data talent
  • Collaborate with the TA team on campus outreach, job fairs, and branding initiatives
  • Measure performance through TA KPIs to improve candidate's experience
Minimum Qualification, Skills & Experience
  • Basic understanding or strong interest in the domains of a multinational automotive company
  • Comfortable with digital tools, spreadsheets, and scheduling systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate in local and international teams
  • Accountability and autonomy are fundamental in this position
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • 1 or 2 years' experience considering internships, apprenticeship in recruitment or HR area
Preferred Qualification, Skills & Experience
  • Internship or initial experience in HR, recruitment, or coordination roles
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar ATS is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed, international environment
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science or a related field
  • Interest in the mobility, automotive, or tech sector is a bonus
