Ubisoft Entertainment, a global leader in gaming, seeks a Junior Product Counsel to draft, negotiate, and oversee contracts across cross-functional teams, including production, tech, licensing and marketing. Based at our Saint Mandé office, you will support and train development and marketing teams with practical legal guidance.

The role emphasizes pragmatic risk-based thinking, clear communication with senior stakeholders, and building scalable legal processes.

Qualifications

• First experience as a trainee or junior legal counsel in intellectual property and commercial contracting
• Experience in adjacent domains is strongly valued

Responsabilités

• Draft, negotiate, and oversee all contracts related to Ubisoft's business activities, covering cross-functional group and production matters (production, tech, licensing and marketing)
• Support and train development and marketing teams by providing practical, tailored legal advice
• Promote strong legal best practices to enable creativity, including the legal validation of in-game content
• Contribute to structuring and documenting team resources to streamline future case handling, and support the development of an effective legal knowledge hub for internal stakeholders
