Job summary

Air Liquide is seeking a motivated intern to support the HSE analytics team at our Paris head office. You will help with data management, PowerBI reporting, and the rollout of digital safety tools across clusters, under the SIS department.

The role focuses on safety improvements, STF reductions, and engagement with stakeholders across the group. Fluency in French and English plus strong analytical skills are required for this 6-month placement starting January 2027.

Qualifications

• Master's degree level from an engineering, industrial management, or data analytics background.
• Strong interest in data management and safety.
• Fluency in French and English: written, reading and spoken for stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• HSE Analytics & Reporting (PowerBI): Support the HSE Group Manager with data analysis and PowerBI reporting to define and track actions.
• STF & Safety Communications: Coordinate local and group action plans and benchmark best practices to reduce incidents.
• Digital Tool Rollout: Implement rollout of Managerial Field Safety Visits (MFSV) digital tools across Clusters and GBUs.
• Innovative Safety Pilots: Assist in deploying digital pilot projects across countries (AI Cameras, Digital Safe Work Permits).
• Team Participation: Join regular SIS-HSE governance and monthly safety reviews.
