Kandou is seeking a Junior/Graduate Accountant to join the Finance team at the Saint-Sulpice headquarters. This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure to day-to-day accounting, postings, and reconciliations across Kandou's global entities, including multi-currency handling and cross-country transactions.

You will support vendor payments, journal entries, reconciliations, and the AP/AR cycle, with mentorship from experienced professionals and exposure to AI-assisted finance workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• No prior professional experience required; internships or academic projects in accounting/finance are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
• Basic familiarity with debits/credits, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Willingness to learn ERP systems and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor payments and transactions across multiple Kandou entities/countries, e.g., invoice entry, payment runs, PO matching.
• Post journal entries and routine general ledger transactions.
• Prepare monthly bank, vendor, and account reconciliations, flag discrepancies.
• Support AP/AR cycle, including invoice coding, approvals tracking, and queries.
• Assist with monthly close process under supervision (accruals, prepayments, basic schedules).
• Maintain organized documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support ad hoc finance projects and administrative tasks.
• Assist in implementing AI across finance operations.

For our Headquarter in Saint-Sulpice, we are actively looking for a Junior/Graduate Accountant.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated recent graduate to join the Finance team as a Junior/Graduate Accountant. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to day-to-day accounting and finance operations. This is a global role: you will support transactions, postings, and reconciliations across Kandou's multiple legal entities and countries (including Switzerland, the US, UK, Germany, India, and Taiwan), not just the Swiss entity - so exposure to multi-currency and multi-entity accounting is part of the job. You will be a key member of a small Finance team, gradually building toward full ownership of core bookkeeping tasks as you grow in the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support processing of vendor payments and transactions across multiple Kandou entities/countries (e.g., invoice entry, payment runs, matching to purchase orders)
• Assist with posting journal entries and routine general ledger transactions
• Help prepare monthly bank, vendor, and account reconciliations, flagging and following up on discrepancies
• Support the AP/AR cycle, including invoice coding, approvals tracking, and vendor queries
• Assist with the monthly close process under supervision (accruals, prepayments, basic schedules)
• Help maintain accurate, organized supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Support ad hoc finance projects and administrative tasks as assigned by the team
• Supporting the team in the implementation of AI across finance operations

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Required Experience

• No prior professional experience required; internships or academic projects in accounting/finance are a plus
• Basic familiarity with accounting principles (debits/credits, journal entries, basic reconciliations)

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Eagerness to learn accounting systems and tools (e.g., Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP - training will be provided)
• Eagerness to support AI implementation in finance (e.g., agents or AI-assisted workflows)
• Organized, able to manage multiple small tasks and deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable asking questions and escalating issues
• Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
