Job summary

Globe Europe, part of Globe International, seeks a junior Digital Graphic Designer to create assets for e‑commerce, social campaigns, and motion projects. You will work across Globe, Salty Crew, Impala and more, aligning with brand identities while collaborating with regional teams to localise content.

You should bring a Bachelor's degree in design, strong Adobe CC skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach to fast-paced, entrepreneurial work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital design for e-commerce or multi-brand settings.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
• Eye for typography, layout and brand consistency across labels.
• Experience designing for social platforms and understanding paid vs organic creative.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design engaging digital assets for e-commerce, including banners, landing pages, product pages, email templates and online ads.
• Produce motion graphics for product launches and social campaigns.
• Create high-performing paid social and display creative for Meta, Google and TikTok.
• Edit UGC and creator content into polished, on-brand assets for campaigns.
• Localise assets for European markets while maintaining brand integrity.
• Collaborate with brand, e-commerce and paid media teams to drive performance.
