THE ROLE
We are seeking a junior creative and versatile Digital Graphic Designer for our brands. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can effectively liaise with brand teams in various regional offices. You will be responsible for producing high-quality digital assets for e-commerce, social media, marketing campaigns and motion graphics projects, while also supporting photography and video editing needs.
Working across our full brand portfolio — Globe, Salty Crew, Impala and more — you will help build brand awareness and drive performance, partnering closely with our e-commerce and paid media teams to turn brand-led and UGC creative into content that engages audiences and converts across the funnel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and design engaging digital assets for e-commerce, including banners, landing pages, product pages, email templates and online ads
- Produce motion graphics for product launches, social media content, digital ads and campaign storytelling
- Create high-performing paid social and display creative (Meta, Google, TikTok), designing variations and iterations for testing across each stage of the funnel — from brand awareness to acquisition
- Edit and finish UGC and creator-generated content into polished, on-brand assets for social and paid campaigns
- Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts tailored to local market needs
- Ideate relevant and fresh content that will drive engagement, inspiration and relevancy
- Design, layout and manage production of seasonal wholesale catalogues
- Build and maintain reusable templates, design systems and brand toolkits to produce content at scale and at pace across multiple brands and markets
- Product photography, image editing and asset preparation for online use
- Edit short-form video content for e-commerce, social media and digital marketing purposes
- Ensure all designs align with each brand’s visual identity — Globe, Salty Crew, Impala and beyond while maintaining consistency across regional markets
- Adapt and localise assets across European markets and languages, keeping quality and brand integrity consistent
- Work closely with brand departments, e-commerce and marketing teams across multiple regional offices, partnering with paid media/acquisition to turn creative into performance.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication or a related field
- Proven experience in digital design, preferably within e-commerce or multi-brand settings
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), with InDesign for catalogue/layout work
- Experience with motion graphics, animation and video editing
- A strong eye for typography, layout, colour and brand consistency across different labels
- Experience designing for social platforms and an understanding of what makes paid and organic creative perform
- Working knowledge of photography principles and basic studio workflows
- Comfortable working with e-commerce/CMS platforms (e.g. Shopify) to prepare and implement on-site assets
- Curiosity about AI-assisted design tools and how to use them to work smarter and faster
- You’ll Take Ownership; managing multiple projects in parallel and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture
- You’ll Collaborate to Win, with strong communication skills and a genuinely collaborative mindset
- You’ll be fluent in English, with French a plus given the regional team environment
