WITH Paris is seeking a consultant to drive Digital, Innovation and Strategic Analysis. You will conduct research on AI tools, monitor global consumer trends with emphasis on China, and translate insights into strategic recommendations for beauty, luxury, FMCG and consumer brands.

You will develop digital strategies and roadmaps across content, e-commerce, social, CRM and emerging AI use cases, while coordinating projects and supporting business development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Admin / Management / Digital Marketing / Communications.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese; French is a plus.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital, Innovation & Strategic Analysis

• Conduct research on emerging technologies, AI agents, generative AI tools and digital innovations to support client projects.

• Monitor consumer and market trends, with a strong focus on China and their implications for international brands.

• Analyze client data, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic recommendations.

• Synthesize information from multiple sources and translate research into actionable business insights.

• Explore new digital scenarios and AI use cases and assess their relevance, feasibility, and potential business impact.

Strategy, Roadmaps & Project Delivery

• Contribute to consulting projects across beauty, luxury, FMCG and other consumer-facing industries.

• Develop digital and technology strategies, roadmaps and implementation plans across content, e-commerce, social, CRM and emerging AI use cases.

• Support clients from strategic recommendation through to implementation and deployment, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology and operational requirements.

• Contribute to the design and deployment of innovative solutions, including AI-powered content factories, AI-driven research and benchmarking, generative AI content creation and AI-enabled workflows.

• Work across both China-focused and international projects, collaborating with teams and clients across different markets.

• Ensure high standards of quality, structure and attention to detail across all project deliverables.

• Organize work effectively and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Digital, AI & Innovation Development

• Develop strong expertise in AI, emerging technologies and digital innovation, with a particular understanding of the Chinese technology ecosystem.

• Explore how AI and emerging technologies can be integrated into existing business, marketing and operational models.

• Contribute to the development of new methodologies, frameworks and solutions within WITH.

• Contribute to internal training programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives around AI, technology and innovation.

• Stay ahead of relevant developments in the Chinese and international technology ecosystems and share insights with internal teams and clients.

Project Management & Client Coordination

• Work directly with clients and senior WITH teams to deliver strategic and operational projects.

• Coordinate junior team members, interns and apprentices to ensure smooth project execution and follow-up.

• Prepare client presentations, strategic recommendations, project documentation and project management tools such as meeting recaps, timelines and agendas.

• Support Client Partners and senior team members in business development activities, including brief analysis, proposal development and client presentations.

• Build trusted relationships with clients and contribute to the quality and development of client engagements.

A degree in Business Administration or Management, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Under 2 years of experience in a digital or e-commerce role, either in an agency or on the client side, through internships or an entry-level position.Strong interest in digital & emerging technologies. Experience or successful projects in this domain are highly preferred. Exposure to Gen AI would be a big plus!Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken, is integral. French is a plus.
