The Member Company in Paris is seeking a junior recruitment professional to support the recruitment and hiring of consultants across our global high-tech projects. You will help identify client needs and grow our activity while liaising with consultants and account teams.

You will build relationships with clients and candidates, coordinate assignments, and contribute to account development in a fast-paced, hybrid Paris environment.

Responsabilités

• Support recruitment and hiring of consultants to grow activity
• Develop new business opportunities and identify client needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Act as a key interface between clients and consultants
• Ensure operational follow-up of assignments (performance, retention, satisfaction)
• Contribute to account development and business growth
• Support commercial follow-ups and internal coordination
