The International Potato Center is looking for an enthusiastic IT Undergraduate Intern to assist the IT Regional Officer. The intern will provide technical support for users, help manage inventory updates, and engage in staff enlistment for the AD Self-Service system. Ideal candidates should be pursuing a degree in IT or related fields and possess good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor's program relevant to IT.
• Knowledge of support for Windows and Office 365.
• Good communication skills in English.

The International Potato Center (CIP) is seeking a highly talented, energetic, and self-motivated student with the ability to resolve events, incidents, and support issues. The candidate should be a team player and capable of escalating issues to other specialized teams and partners. IT Undergraduate Intern.

The Position:

The IT Undergraduate Intern will provide support to the IT Regional Officer.

Key responsibilities:

• Technical support to users and computers.
• Technical support for conferences and meetings.
• Africa and Asia Equipment and Services Inventory Update.
• Enlisting staff in AD Self-Service system.
• Any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent in a recognized university in Kenya.
• Knowledge of Windows and Office 365 operating system support.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework.
• Support with Windows users and network infrastructure, Office 365 Services, web conferencing.
• Good command of English language and communication skills.
