Demartino Law is seeking an IT Strategy Consultant to objectify investments, measure TCO, and develop a 2027‑2030 budget trajectory aligned with business priorities. You will benchmark with peers in social housing and inform executive decisions.

Responsibilities include analyzing IT spending, modeling costs, prioritizing high‑value actions, and preparing decision materials for steering committees. Senior level expertise and stakeholder facilitation are valued.

Qualifications

• Senior consultant or manager in IT strategy, digital transformation, IT economic performance, or organizational consulting.
• Experience in IT studies, master plans, budget trajectories, or investment plans.
• Experience in social housing, real estate, public services, or budget-constrained sectors is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Analyze current IT spending across licenses, infrastructure, applications, maintenance, services, and internal costs.
• Model current and target TCO with recurring, non-recurring, investment and operating costs.
• Define a multi-year budget trajectory for 2027–2030 with assumptions and contingencies.
• Develop a prioritization matrix for initiatives based on value, risk, effort and ROI.
• Prepare presentation materials for steering committees and executive decisions.
