Ezyperf is seeking a sales-oriented account manager to maintain and revitalize our portfolio, including Danone, Coty, and EDF. You will participate in events, attract and convert customers, expand our network, and manage CRM data and sales KPIs. Close collaboration with the CEO on strategy and with production on implementation.

This role is a stepping stone to a sales manager position, with base in Cergy and options for hybrid/remote work. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

If you accept, here are your tasks:

• Participate in events within our ecosystem as a representative of Ezyperf and its practices
• Identify, attract, and convert new customers
• Expand our portfolio and grow our network of partners
• Manage CRM data and sales performance KPIs
• Work closely with the CEO on strategy and with the production team on implementation
• Monitor needs

Skills & Profile:

• You have a management background with at least two years of experience and a master’s degree from a business or engineering school
• You have an active network to rely on
• You are involved in professional associations
• Your big-picture perspective allows you to understand the various levels of customer needs
• You’re a "hunter" at heart and love taking on challenges
• You enjoy working as part of a team, while also being independent and organized
• You have a knack for negotiation
• You know how to listen and come up with ideas
• You can work in English (write and speak)
• You're 200% motivated

What we offer:

Work location: Cergy / On-site and hybrid with remote work

Base salary of $35,000–$50,000 + competitive bonus

Meal vouchers (60% covered by the employer) + gift cards throughout the year
