IT Project Manager (Service de santé au travail) – Freelance

For a customer delivering IT services through the healthcare sector, we are looking for a Project Manager / Analyst to join on a long term, freelance basis.

The customer provides IT services across France to the Occupational Health / Healthcare sector and need a Project Manager to join with knowledge of the companies they are implementing the software to aid in the deployment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and quality assurance, with an ability to drive strategic initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and implement industry best practices.

The candidate should have extensive experience in harmonizing operational practices, managing certifications, and deploying industry software. Ideally, they should come from an organisation centred around SPSTI or SSTI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Harmonize and supervise strategy and operational practices following mergers or organizational changes.
  • Manage the deployment of industry-specific software solutions, conducting business analysis, facilitating functional testing workshops, and ensuring smooth implementation through change management strategies.
  • Lead crisis management initiatives, such as the establishment of assistance programs and vaccination efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive project success and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including operational procedures, training materials, and process maps.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in project management or quality assurance roles, preferably in the healthcare or occupational safety industry.
  • Experience in software deployment, business analysis, and change management.
