As an IT Program & Project Director, you will oversee strategic IT programs — from global cloud migrations to multi-site infrastructure deployments — ensuring governance, financial control, and client satisfaction at the highest level.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Program / Project Director to lead and deliver complex IT transformation programs. You will be accountable for managing a portfolio of projects, ensuring strategic alignment, financial performance, and operational excellence. Your role will require strong leadership, the ability to drive governance, and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define project/program governance, operating models, and steering mechanisms.
  • Oversee multi-project portfolios, including budget ownership, financial tracking, resourcing, and reporting to executive stakeholders.
  • Accountable for program PnL.
  • Drive large-scale cloud, infrastructure, and transformation programs from design to execution.
  • Ensure successful delivery of application modernization and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
  • Anticipate and mitigate program risks, escalating to C-level stakeholders when necessary.
  • Lead and inspire diverse project teams (internal experts, external partners, and client resources).
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on both strategic and operational IT matters.
  • Represent TeamWork at steering committees and executive boards.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Master’s degree (Bac +5) in IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT project and program management.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure, cloud, and transformation programs.
Technical Expertise
  • Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, hybrid/public/private cloud environments.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL standards (certification preferred).
  • Proficiency with project/program management tools and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile at scale).
  • Prince2, PMP certifications would be an asset.
Leadership & Soft Skills
  • Recognized leadership in program governance and stakeholder management.
  • Strong client-facing presence with the ability to influence at executive level.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Results-oriented, pragmatic, and highly resilient.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) are required.
