Disneyland Paris recherche un ingénieur logiciel expérimenté pour concevoir, développer et maintenir des solutions applicatives fiables. Vous travaillerez dans une équipe Agile avec Product, Engineering et QA, et contribuerez à des API et des intégrations critiques.

Le poste est basé à Marne-la-Vallée avec une possibilité de télétravail partiel. Limiter les déplacements et s'engager dans des pratiques CI/CD et tests automatisés.

Qualifications

• Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en développement logiciel.
• Expérience en développement d'applications web, API ou intégrations d'entreprise.
• Compréhension des principes de conception et des pratiques modernes (développement agentique).
• Expérience avec le contrôle de version, CI/CD et tests automatisés.
• Bonnes capacités analytiques, résolution de problèmes et communication.
• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement international et matriciel.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais; le français est fortement apprécié.

Responsabilités

• Concevoir, développer, tester et maintenir des solutions logicielles fiables.
• Participer à l'analyse technique, l'estimation et la conception de solutions.
• Développer des APIs, des intégrations et des composants applicatifs.
• Conduire des revues de code et assurer un code sûr et réutilisable.
• Collaborer avec Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA et Operations.

Your environment

The Digital Technology Department provides a first-class digital experience through Disneyland Paris websites, e-commerce platforms, APIs, integrations, and mobile applications. As part of Technology Engineering, you will help design, build, enhance, and support digital products and services used by our Guests. You will work in an Agile team with developers, product managers, architects, testers, and business partners.

Your responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain reliable software solutions.
• Own prototyping and implementation of agentic applications for Disneyland Paris business and technology teams.
• Deliver features that support product roadmaps and business initiatives.
• Develop reusable agent frameworks, templates, and reference implementations.
• Participate in technical analysis, effort estimation, and solution design.
• Develop APIs, integrations, and application components using established engineering standards.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to secure, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Quality Assurance, and Operations partners.
• Contribute to Agile planning, reviews, retrospectives, training AI-first SDLC and continuous improvement.
• Support CI/CD, automated testing, observability, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Use approved AI-assisted engineering tools responsibly to improve quality, measure KPIs and developer productivity.

What you bring

• At least 3 years of software development experience.
• Experience developing web applications, APIs, or enterprise integrations.
• Understanding of software design principles and modern engineering practices including Agentic development.
• Experience with source control, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, matrixed environment.
• Professional proficiency in English; French proficiency is strongly valued.
