Job summary

Winu Consulting is seeking an IT Delivery Manager (Infrastructure) to lead service delivery within the Infrastructure and End User Services integration program. You will build monthly and weekly KPI reports, monitor vulnerabilities, ensure SLAs, and drive governance with remediation plans across multiple group entities.

You will act as the primary point of contact for infrastructure and EUS topics, coordinating audits, collecting evidence, and presenting KPI updates in governance meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT infrastructure and end-user services delivery.
• Experience producing KPI reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Manage vulnerability reports weekly with tailored views.
• Identify gaps and lead remediation plans with technical teams.
• Track KPI, ETA and progress for each company.
• Respond to questions and perform tasks for compliance ETAs.
• Create and update SLA dashboards for Infra scope (DB, System, Network, Security, EUS).
• Prepare regular progress, financial status, risks and issues reports.
• Support monthly presentations as needed.

The client has a huge business project delivery every single year.

In the context of the ongoing Infrastructure and End User Services Integration plan within the group, the Infrastructure department need support on Service Delivery Management.

Goal

The main goal is to support Infrastructure team, by building Monthly/Weekly reports regarding KPI, following Vulnerabilities and guaranteeing SLAs delivered to the different companies , organizing the governance, leading the remediation action plans when needed and collecting audit evidence / documentation required.

The candidate will be the privileged contact for the companies/entities for any Infrastructure and EUS specific topic in particular vulnerabilities and work on Audits.

On Vulnerabilities, the candidate will:

• Manage vulnerabilities reports on a weekly basis, providing specific views depending on requests.
• Identify any vulnerabilities gaps according to the risks defined by Security teams and lead proactively some remediation plans with the technical teams.
• Manage the vulnerabilities actions plan, providing a specific view on Kpi, ETA and progress for each company.
• Answer questions and execute operational tasks related to compliance requirements following the defined ETAs.
• Define, create and provide the reports and dashboard with SLAs delivered on all the Infrastructure scope (Infra, Security, EUS) to the companies / activities (Market Services, Post trade, Fx…) within the group.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on progress, financial status, risks and issues.
• Create/Update/Support reports and dashboards with their SLAs for all the Infrastructure scope (DB, System, Network, Security, EUS).
• Support those presentations on a monthly basis if required.

On audit / regulation the candidate will:

• Contribute and analyze the element required.
• Collect and make sure they are delivered on due time.
• Produce reports and dashboards with specific focus on
  • INFRA KPI (monthly)
  • Vulnerability KPI (weekly / monthy)
• Present the KPI during dedicated meetings.
• Define with operational teams and follow remediation plan.
• Execute operational tasks related with Vulnerability management and Compliance requirements following the defined ETAs.
• Weekly follow-up and detailed reporting of action plan and actions taken.
• Continuous support on questions /escalation the team could have.
• Follow automation to get 100% of KPIs production automated.
