Pno Group Europe recherche un Consultant IT Médior pour l'équipe Digital Innovation en France. Vous analyserez et structurerez des projets R&D digitaux et produirez une documentation technique de qualité, adaptée aux exigences CIR/CII.

Vous travaillerez avec les équipes techniques des clients, prendrez progressivement la responsabilité des livrables et vous assurerez une rédaction claire en français (niveau C2).

Qualifications

• PhD en Informatique, IA, Data ou génie logiciel ou domaine technique connexe
• 3 à 6 années d'expérience en R&D numérique, en conseil ou en environnements techniques complexes
• Forte capacité à identifier et formaliser l'incertitude technique et la valeur R&D
• Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et de structuration en français (niveau C2)
• À l'aise pour interagir avec des parties prenantes techniques et des clients
• Bon niveau d'anglais
• Éligible pour travailler en France (pas de visa sponsorship)

Responsabilités

• Analyser des projets R&D numériques (IA, logiciel, données, cloud, systèmes) et identifier les incertitudes techniques
• Conduire des entretiens avec les équipes techniques pour structurer les narratives R&D
• Rédiger et réviser des justifications scientifiques et techniques pour les dossiers CIR/CII
• Transposer des concepts techniques complexes en documents clairs et conformes pour les autorités fiscales
• Assurer la qualité, la cohérence et la robustesse des livrables
• Participer aux interactions avec le client et piloter des parties du cycle du projet
• Encadrer et partager les meilleures pratiques avec les consultants juniors
• Se tenir informé des évolutions CIR/CII et des tendances d'innovation

We are looking for a Medior IT Consultant to join our Digital Innovation team in France.

In this role, you will lead the analysis and structuring of digital R&D projects and produce high-quality technical documentation, mainly for the French R&D tax schemes (CIR / CII). This is a consulting role with a strong focus on writing, where your ability to understand complex technical topics and translate them into clear, compliant narratives is essential.

You will work closely with clients’ technical teams and progressively take ownership of projects and deliverables.

Your mission is to support innovative companies in identifying, structuring, and justifying their digital R&D activities, ensuring high-quality documentation aligned with CIR/CII requirements.

• Analyse digital R&D projects (AI, software, data, cloud, systems) and identify technical uncertainties
• Lead interviews with technical teams to structure R&D narratives
• Write and review detailed scientific and technical justifications for CIR/CII files
• Translate complex technical work into clear, compliant documentation for tax authorities

• Ensure quality, consistency, and robustness of deliverables
• Contribute to client interactions and manage parts of the project lifecycle
• Support junior consultants and share best practices
• Stay up to date with innovation trends and CIR/CII evolution

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• 3 to 6 years of experience in digital R&D, innovation consulting, or complex technical environments
• Strong ability to identify and formalise technical uncertainty and R&D value
• Excellent writing and structuring skills in French (C2 level required)
