Hager Group seeks an IT Consultant (m/f/d) SAP MES based in Blieskastel or Obernai, in a permanent contract. You will focus on SAP manufacturing processes, define IT solutions with stakeholders, and lead end-to-end MES project deployments.

You will translate requirements for ABAP developers, coordinate testing, and drive rollout of MES with internal teams and external consultants. English is essential; travel and international collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in SAP projects, ideally involving SAP PP, PM, MES, and/or ePP/DS.
• Strong knowledge of project management and SAP implementation activities.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into effective IT solutions.
• Experience with ABAP, Fiori, reporting, or machine connectivity is considered an advantage.
• Fluent English skills; French or German is a plus, along with willingness to work in an international environment and travel when required.
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation, teamwork, and a results-driven mindset.

We are currently looking for our future IT Consultant (m/f/d) SAP Manufacturing Execution based in Blieskastel or Obernai on a permanentcontract.

Your mission:

• Your primary focus will be SAP manufacturing processes, including interfaces with our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and ePP/DS for production planning and control.
• In close collaboration with functional departments, you will define IT solutions that support end-to-end digitalization and meet business requirements.
• As Project Manager and technical expert, you will lead implementation projects from concept through deployment.
• Responsibility for project planning, milestone definition, and the successful execution of projects will be a key part of your role.
• You will translate business requirements into functional specifications for ABAP developers, coordinate testing activities, and support solution implementation.
• Working closely with internal teams and external consultants, you will coordinate application development and drive the rollout of our existing MES solution.

Your profile:
