Zentiva is seeking a Category Leader – IT to drive sourcing across IT hardware, software, cloud services, and licensing in a regulated pharma environment. You will design and execute category strategies, lead supplier negotiations, manage onboarding and ongoing SRM, and collaborate with IT, Digital, Finance and Legal to optimize value and compliance.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 3–6 years in procurement, with strong negotiation, project leadership and experience in IT cost structures.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering).
Typically 3–6 years of procurement experience with hands‑on sourcing, supplier management and contract administration in indirect procurement.
Experience in pharma or regulated manufacturing is an advantage.
Advanced negotiation, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
Strong ability to run sourcing events, assess bids, and ensure smooth supplier onboarding and contracting.
Proven operational experience with P2P/S2C processes and systems; regulatory and quality requirements exposure.

Responsabilités

Lead IT category sourcing initiatives and execute sub‑category plans (RFIs/RFPs, vendor evaluation, contracting).
Conduct commercial evaluations, pricing analysis, benchmarking, and total cost of ownership studies.
Manage supplier onboarding, qualification, and day‑to‑day vendor communications.
Monitor supplier performance with KPIs and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with IT, Digital, Finance, Legal and Compliance to align strategies and governance.
