Zentiva is seeking an experienced Category Leader – IT to drive strategic sourcing across SaaS, IT services, hardware, cloud, and licensing. The role partners with IT, Digital, Finance and Compliance to design and implement global IT sourcing strategies while ensuring cybersecurity, data integrity, and cost efficiency in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

You will lead IT category initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate contracts, with a focus on value creation beyond

Qualifications

Master’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Pharmacy or related discipline.
Typically 3–6 years of Procurement experience with hands-on responsibility for sourcing, supplier management and contract administration in Indirect procurement.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Experience in pharma or regulated manufacturing is an advantage.
Advanced negotiation, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.

Responsabilités

Lead IT category strategy development and value creation for IT hardware, software, and services.
Execute category plans and lead tactical sourcing activities (RFIs/RFPs, bid evaluations, supplier selection).
Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships, focusing on cost optimization and risk management.
Collaborate with IT, Digital, Finance and Legal to align procurement with roadmaps and ESG goals.
Support ERP, cloud and IT transformation programs and ensure governance and compliance.
