Job summary

Airbus Helicopters SAS is seeking an Information Security Manager to lead security governance, risk management, and ISMS activities in the Aviation Safety division based in Marignane, France. The role requires 3–5 years of experience, knowledge of ISO 27001, and familiarity with EBIOS, 3CF regulations, and EASA standards, with fluency in English and optional German skills.

Qualifications

Minimum professional experience expected: ISO 27001, implementation of an ISMS; knowledge of EBIOS would be an asset.
Technical expertise required for the role: 3 to 5 years; familiarity with 3CF regulations and EASA 2023/203 would be an advantage.
Fluent English; German would be an asset.
Soft skills: negotiation and leadership.

Responsibilities

Security governance: Aligning security strategy with the company’s business objectives and communicating with senior management.
Metrics and dashboards: Define KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the ISMS.
Risk analysis methodologies: Proficiency in identifying, analyzing, evaluating, and addressing risks.
Active dialogue with aviation authorities, institutions, and industry leaders on an international scale.
Non-conformity management: Analyze root causes of security breaches and drive corrective actions.
