Job summary

Euronext is seeking an Investor Relations Advisory Intern to join the Shareholder Analysis team in Paris. The role supports market updates, reports, and stakeholder engagement across Europe, starting January 2026 or earlier.

You will work closely with the Shareholder Analysis Associate and report into the Advisory team. You will gain exposure to equity markets, shareholder dynamics, and strategic projects while developing presentations and client-facing materials in a fast-paced, international

Qualifications

• Business school or university degree in market finance or related field.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and formulas; VBA is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French; interest in technology and equity markets.

Responsibilities

• Producing clients’ periodic market updates and listing reports (weekly memos, capital markets overview, read‑across).
• Being involved in Investor Relations Advisory initiatives, including content creation and event participation.
• Supporting the Advisory team’s development by preparing meeting presentations.
• Assisting in delivering Shareholder Analysis Reports and building client relationships across France, Belgium, Norway, the Netherlands and Italy.
• Analysing local share registers with Shareholders Rights Directive II and completing shareholder analysis reports for listed companies in Europe.
