Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Manager of Investment and Cash to oversee investment validation, CAPEX, and cash forecasting in close collaboration with the Treasury team. You will ensure robust ICAP processes, challenge proposals, and deliver comprehensive monthly/quarterly reporting to support CEO and CFO decisions.

You will lead budgeting and forecasting for cash and CAPEX, enhance visibility of cash flow, and maintain key reporting tools, with direct communication to CMA CGM when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA, CFA, or professional certification (e.g., CPA, Treasury certification).
• 5+ years in finance, treasury, or investment management with CAPEX, investment and cash forecasting experience.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, or multinational corporations.
• Investment analysis, valuation, financial modeling and forecasting.
• CAPEX and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in financial tools and consolidation tools (ERP, SAP, OS).
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to challenge proposals constructively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, stakeholder management at executive level, cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ICAP validation process is followed rigorously and improved for control and efficiency.
• Guarantee investments are correctly instructed and aligned with policies and objectives.
• Challenge investment proposals before presenting to CEO and CFO with thorough analysis.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting on investments with variance analysis.
• Maintain and develop the Agile tool to support investment tracking and decision-making.
• Lead CAPEX and Cash reporting including budget vs actual and forecast updates.
• Manage cash and CAPEX budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Improve visibility on cash generation and consumption with Treasury.
• Coordinate cash flow considerations with CMA CGM on investment matters.
