Salomon in Annecy, France, invites applications for an Inventory Management Planner. You will support inventory visibility, optimization, and decision-making across the EMEA business as Salomon shifts to a dual-distribution-center model with operations in France and the UK.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Allocation or similar analytical roles.
• Fluent English; French is highly desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems desirable.
• Experience with inventory analytics, forecasting, or inventory management processes is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL or data science tools is a strong plus.
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Merchandising, Finance or related field.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate and reliable inventory data across the assigned scope.
• Develop a clear view of inventory across channels and distribution centers.
• Monitor key inventory KPIs and flag deviations.
• Provide analytical inputs to define optimal stock targets and seasonal requirements.
• Identify overstock and understock risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Support forecasting of future inventory positions and health.
• Contribute to developing inventory processes, KPIs, governance, and reporting tools.
• Coordinate and manage Stock Transfer Orders and inter-DC inventory flows.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, and cross-functional teams to optimize stock availability.
