Job summary

CMA CGM is seeking an end-of-studies intern to join the Lines team in Marseille. You will coordinate commercial negotiations for Key Accounts tenders and support the Tender Desk Officers in building offers and tracking negotiated rates.

You will work closely with the Lines, clients and GBS/SSC, performing data analysis and reporting to improve sales strategies. Start date is January 2027 at head office in Marseille.

Qualifications

• Currently in a Master's 2 at a business school or equivalent.
• No professional experience required.
• Data processing and formatting knowledge.
• Data analysis with Qlik Sense to support the sales teams.
• Good command of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support tender management by helping build offers for tenders and coordinating negotiated rates.
• Act as interface between Key Accounts, Lines and GBS/SSC during rate negotiations.
• Be a key contact for agents, GBS/SSC and clients for commercial and operational follow-up.
• Contribute to data analysis and reporting to identify client segments and improve sales tools.

YOUR ROLE

As part of your studies, you are currently looking for an end-of-studies internship (Master's 2, business school or equivalent).

You will join the Lines and work with the Tender Desk Manager to support the team of Tender Desk Officers.

Your role will be to coordinate the commercial negotiations for Key Accounts tenders and handle their operational follow-up. You will be the link between key clients, the Lines and the Group's shared service centres, from building offers to tracking negotiated rates.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Tender management: You will help build CMA CGM's offers for tenders, answer tenders on time, and coordinate the negotiated rates with the Lines.
• Coordinating rate negotiations: You will act as the interface between Key Accounts, the Lines and the GBS shared service centre during rate negotiations.
• Commercial & operational follow-up: You will be a key contact for agents, GBS/SSC and clients for commercial and operational follow-up.
• Data analysis & reporting: You will take an active part in identifying client segments and developing reporting tools for the sales teams.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Education: Currently in a Master's 2 at a business school or equivalent.
• Experience: No professional experience required.
• Technical skills:
• Data processing and formatting (managing information flows)
• Data analysis (Qlik Sense) to support the sales teams
• Good command of Excel

• Languages: English required; French is a plus.
• Personal qualities: Well organized and rigorous, with good interpersonal skills to work with many different departments.
