Job summary

CMA CGM in Marseille is offering an end-of-studies internship (Master's 2) in a part-time role with the Tender Desk team. You will assist in building offers for tenders, coordinate negotiated rates with the Lines, and support commercial and operational follow-up.

You will analyze data, prepare reporting for sales teams, and serve as the link between key accounts, Lines, and the group’s shared service centers. English is required; French is a plus. Start January 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s 2 at a business school or equivalent.
• No professional experience required for this internship.
• Strong data processing, data analysis with Qlik Sense and Excel.
• English required; French is a plus.
• Well organized, rigorous, and able to collaborate across departments.

YOUR ROLE

As part of your studies, you are currently looking for an end-of-studies internship (Master's 2, business school or equivalent).

You will join the Lines and work with the Tender Desk Manager to support the team of Tender Desk Officers.

Your role will be to coordinate the commercial negotiations for "Key Accounts" tenders and handle their operational follow-up. You will be the link between key clients, the Lines and the Group's shared service centres, from building offers to tracking negotiated rates.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Tender management: You will help build CMA CGM's offers for tenders, answer tenders on time, and coordinate the negotiated rates with the Lines.
• Coordinating rate negotiations: You will act as the interface between Key Accounts, the Lines and the GBS shared service centre during rate negotiations.
• Commercial & operational follow-up: You will be a key contact for agents, GBS/SSC and clients for commercial and operational follow-up.
• Data analysis & reporting: You will take an active part in identifying client segments and developing reporting tools for the sales teams.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Education: Currently in a Master's 2 at a business school or equivalent.
• Experience: No professional experience required.
• Technical skills:
  • Data processing and formatting (managing information flows)
  • Data analysis (Qlik Sense) to support the sales teams
  • Good command of Excel
• Languages: English required; French is a plus.
• Personal qualities: Well organized and rigorous, with good interpersonal skills to work with many different departments.
