Danone propose un stage au sein de son Global Research & Innovation Center à Gif-sur-Yvette, à partir de janvier 2027 pour une durée de 6 mois. Vous accompagnerez l'équipe R&I dans des projets pilotes, le suivi physico-chimique et les évaluations sensorielles, et vous gérerez les échantillons et les stocks.

Vous développerez vos compétences en développement produit, en communication et en analyse, avec jusqu'à 2 jours de travail à distance et des avantages tels que le restaurant d'entreprise et

Competenze

• Disponible à partir de janvier 2027 pour une durée de 6 mois.
• Etre en Bac+4/5 en ingénierie, sciences des aliments, sciences de la vie ou domaine connexe.
• Aptitudes en communication et en analyse, orientation travail d'équipe et rigueur.

Mansioni

• Assister dans la planification, l'exécution et le suivi des essais pilotes et projets liés à la catégorie.
• Moniteur physico-chimique et évaluation sensorielle des produits tout au long de leur durée de vie.
• Gérer les stocks d'ingrédients et coordonner avec les fournisseurs pour assurer les disponibilités.
• Préparer, organiser et gérer les expéditions liées aux échantillons et au matériel de laboratoire.
• Soutenir l'organisation des dégustations internes et l'analyse des résultats.

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This internship will take place in GIF-SUR-YVETTE, at our Global Research & Innovation Center starting from January 2027. Josefina RIVERA, R&I Category Manager in the team R&I Category will guide tour through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up of pilot trials and category-related projects.
• Physico-chemical monitoring and sensory evaluation of products throughout their shelf life.
• Assist in ingredient stock management, including coordination and communication with suppliers to ensure material availability.
• Prepare, organize, and manage shipments related to product samples and laboratory materials.
• Support in the organization and management of internal tasting sessions, contributing to the analysis and interpretation of results.

About You

For this position, we are looking for someone:

• Available from January 2027 for a duration of 6 months
• At the level of Bac+4/5 in Engineering, Food Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Eager to learn and contribute to innovative product development projects.
• Equipped with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Enjoys working closely with technical teams and interacting with different departments !
