Danone invites you to join the Primary Packaging Bottling Solutions team in Evian-Les-Bains as a Buyer Intern starting January 2027. You will work on data gathering, category databases, and stock monitoring under the guidance of the EU Preform and Cap Buyer, developing practical procurement skills.

The 6-month on-site internship offers exposure to supplier performance, SRM inputs, and sustainability initiatives, with a focus on packaging and productivity within a global leader.

Qualifikationen

• Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school.
• Strong Excel skills and affinity for accounting.
• Organized, rigorous, autonomous with teamwork.
• Available Jan 2027 for 6 months.

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:
This internship will take place in Evian-Les-Bains, at our headquarters starting from January 2027. Jeremy, EU Preform and Cap Buyer in the team will guide tour through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role:

Category management :

• Category d ata collection: Gather and update data for Business Continuity Plan (BCP) files ; Update category databases for plastic bottles, caps & closures and preforms; track molds/capa city / BCP status.
• Safety stock level management : Monitor monthly supplier stock levels (raw materials and finished goods) for all bottling solutions
• Supporting Buyers on packaging pricing confirmation and validation in the system.
• Project management: Support the buyer /stakeholders on project management connecting/following up with suppliers to gather information on the category if needed.
• Collect inputs ahead of SRM review : Gather supplier quality data KPIs and supply KPIs in preparation for SRM reviews and help deliver performance objectives (productivity, negotiation) .
• Tracking supplier performance progress toward the year.
• Support development, productivity and supply security projects: Actively contribute to project implementation by coordinating suppliers, supporting negotiations, identifying optimization opportunities and ensuring supply risk mitigation across the category

• Sustainability benchmark : Explore and identify potential initiatives to reduce CO2 and bring greener operation to the category and quantify impact throu gh material lightweighting , sub-supplier energy consumption , waste management …

For this position, we are looking for someone:

• Available from January 2027 for a duration of 6 months
• At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school
• Name qualities (e.g. organized, rigorous, and autonomous)
• Comfortable with Excel, you have an affinity for accounting and financial concepts
• Enjoys working closely with business teams and interacting with different departments!
