Allianz Trade in Paris is seeking a Marketing & Design student to join the Global Marketing Manager's team, supporting the Surety group’s strategy execution in a multinational setting.

You will help with CRM data, asset production, newsletters, supplier coordination, and market intel. The role offers exposure to a dynamic marketing department and industry events, in a temporary full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree student (Bac+5) in business or related field.
• Fluent English mandatory; French is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with Canva and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong writing ability and marketing mindset.
• Curiosity about business topics in an international setting.

Responsabilités

• Populate and maintain CRM data and coordinate data across teams.
• Support creation of marketing assets, copy, layouts, and visuals.
• Assist in curating internal newsletters and coordinating contributors.
• Help with supplier invoicing, research suppliers, and support steering meetings.

About the Role

Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager of the Surety Group at the Headquarters of Allianz Trade Group, you will join the Group Surety & Guarantee team and be an active part of the execution and development of the Global Surety Marketing Strategy & Roadmap.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment and learn the fundamentals of B2B marketing within a recently established marketing department.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Data Management

• Populating and maintaining our CRM tool (Salesforce) with customer, prospect, and broker information
• Coordinate the collection and consolidation of customer data across teams

Content Creation & Communication

• Support the creation of marketing assets for planned campaigns: help draft copy, prepare layouts, and contribute to the production of visuals including brochures, videos, and presentations
• Assist in curating the Group Surety & Guarantee internal newsletter: help collect articles from global and regional contributors, prepare layouts, and support coordination between contributors

Marketing Operations & Coordination

• Help with administrative tasks, including supplier invoicing and follow-up
• Assist in researching and identifying suppliers needed for the execution of the Marketing roadmap
• Support coordination with members of the Surety Marketing community: help prepare monthly steering meetings and assist with follow-up on action items

Market Intelligence & Analysis

• Contribute to the team's market intelligence efforts by assisting with data consolidation, desk research, benchmarking, and AI-assisted analysis

Customer Centricity & Transformation

• Support ongoing initiatives aimed at building a more customer-centric organization, including customer satisfaction surveys, NPS tracking, change management, and cultural transformation efforts

Events

• Assist in the planning and execution of events such as industry fairs, conferences, and ad hoc gatherings

Profil/Required Skills

• Master’s degree student (Bac+5) from a Business School, university, or equivalent higher education institution.
• Fluent English is mandatory; French is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with Canva and the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
• A genuine talent and passion for writing: you enjoy crafting articles, presentations, and marketing materials with a clear, engaging style and a marketing-oriented mindset.
• Curiosity for business topics and willingness to develop critical thinking
• Enthusiasm for working in an international and multicultural environment
