CMA CGM AIR CARGO is offering a 6-month full-time internship for a Ground Operations Engineer. You will be based at Roissy Charles de Gaulle and support the drafting, updating and standardization of Ground Operations manuals and procedures.

The role involves preparing inspections and maintaining documentation libraries, with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and regulatory awareness. Ideal candidates are final-year students in engineering or business school with knowledge of aviation

• Fluency in English and French is required (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Develop and update operational checklists to formalize Ground Operations processes.
• Contribute to the preparation and update of Ground Operations documentation for Airbus A350F fleet introduction.
• Assist in preparing and conducting operational inspections of ground handling service providers.
• Maintain and organize document libraries and workspaces.
• Contribute to improving document library structures and document management processes.

By 2027, the arrival of eight A350Fs will position CMA CGM AIR CARGO as the launch operator of this new Airbus aircraft. Main Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing and updating Ground Operations manuals and procedures.
• Develop and update operational checklists to formalize Ground Operations processes.
• Contribute to the preparation and update of Ground Operations documentation and procedures in support of the Airbus A350F fleet introduction.
• Assist in preparing and conducting operational inspections of ground handling service providers.
• Maintain and organize document libraries and workspaces.
• Contribute to improving document library structures and document management processes.

Desired Profile

• Education: Final-year student in an engineering school, or business school, specializing in air transport management.
• Skills:
  • Familiarity with aviation cargo regulations (ICAO, EASA, IATA regulations) is a plus.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Languages: Fluency in both English and French is mandatory, both written and spoken.

Internship Conditions

• Duration: 6 months.
• Start date: February (the period may be revised).
• Schedule: Full-time.
