La CMA CGM AIR CARGO recherche un stagiaire en gestion des opérations au sol à Roissy CDG. Le stage dure six mois et se déroule à temps plein, avec démarrage prévu en février.

• Étudiant en dernière année d'école d'ingénieurs ou de commerce, spécialisation en gestion du transport aérien.
• Maîtrise écrite et souci du détail requis.
• Anglais et français requis à l'oral et à l'écrit.
• Bonne capacité à travailler en équipe transversale.

Responsibilities

• Participer à la rédaction, à la révision et à la mise à jour des manuels et procédures d'exploitation au sol.
• Contribuer à l'élaboration et à la mise à jour des checklists opérationnelles des opérations au sol.
• Contribuer à la préparation et à la mise à jour de la documentation Ground Operations pour l'introduction de la flotte Airbus A350F.
• Aider à la préparation et conduite d'inspections opérationnelles des prestataires de services au sol.
• Maintenir et organiser les bibliothèques et espaces de travail documentaires.
• Améliorer les structures de la bibliothèque et les processus de gestion documentaire.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in drafting, reviewing and updating Ground Operations manuals and procedures.
• Develop and update operational checklists to formalize Ground Operations processes.
• Contribute to the preparation and update of Ground Operations documentation and procedures in support of the Airbus A350F fleet introduction.
• Assist in preparing and conducting operational inspections of ground handling service providers.
• Maintain and organize document libraries and workspaces.
• Contribute to improving document library structures and document management processes.

DESIRED PROFILE

• Education: Final-year student in an engineering school, or business school, specializing in air transport management.
• Skills:

-Familiarity with aviation cargo regulations (ICAO, EASA, IATA regulations) is a plus.

-Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

-Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

-Proficiency in MS tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Languages: Fluency in both English and French is mandatory, both written and spoken.

INTERNSHIP CONDITIONS

• Duration: 6 months.
• Start date: February (the period may be revised).
