Job summary

Pernod Ricard, the world’s No. 2 in wines & spirits, invites you to join as a GLOBAL TALENT & PARTNERSHIPS INTERN for 6 months starting January 2027. Based at The Island, our central Paris office near Saint-Lazare.

You will assist the team across global brands and engage in Talent Collaboration, strategic planning and benchmarking. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, contribute to agency briefs and brand guidelines, and monitor industry trends.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a master’s degree in culture (fashion, sport…).
• Fluent in English and French.
• Previous experience in partnerships, talent collaboration preferred within music or cultural industry.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Collaboration: assist with strategic recommendations for artist, celebrity, brand, and sports partnerships.
• Benchmark against competitors and share rationales.
• Coordinate day-to-day with internal Brand & Market teams and partners.
• Follow-up on various projects and support strategic planning.
• Contribute to Talent & Partnership methodology by developing brand guidelines.
• Draft agency briefs, internal presentations and benchmarks.
• Monitor trends and opportunities in the industry.

Job description

Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams ? Pernod Ricard is looking for a GLOBAL TALENT & PARTNERSHIPS INTERN for 6 months from January 2027. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

You will assist the team working across PR’s global brands.

Your key missions :

Talent Collaboration: Support on strategic recommendation of artist, celebrity, brand, sports while answering a precise brand brief.

Bring some rational and do benchmark across competitor.

You will ease the day-to-day coordination with internal stakeholders (Brand & Market) and partners.

Follow-up on the different project

Support on strategic planning.

Contribute in the Talent & Partnership Methodology: develop brand guidelines

Support on strategic planning

Share on-going trends and relevant profiles - You will monitor & report opportunities

You will contribute drafting agency briefs, internal presentations, and benchmarks.

You will support the strategic recommendations for global partnerships (Events, Brands, Media Partnerships...).

You will monitor and consolidate industry trends, benchmarks and opportunities

You are pursuing a master’s degree in culture (fashion, sport…).

You have an appetite for culture subjects.

You have previous professional experience in partnerships, talent collaboration preferably within the music or cultural industry.

You are fluent in English and have skills in French.

You have good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

You are flexible, agile and enjoy managing multiple projects.

Gross salary from 1410€ (Bac +4 and gap year) to 1550€ (Bac +5) per month
