CEVA Logistics, part of the CMA CGM Group, invites applications for an Internship in Global Procurement/Category Management based in Courbevoie, France. This trainee role focuses on PPWR compliance, supplier documentation, and cross-functional collaboration within procurement and QHSE teams.

The successful candidate will support the deployment of compliance roadmaps, engage with suppliers, and help maintain a central tracker to ensure accurate, accessible information across multiple countries.

Mansioni

• Support the deployment of CEVA Logistics' PPWR compliance roadmap across Europe, translating regulatory requirements into practical actions for Procurement and operational teams.
• Map CEVA's packaging suppliers and packaging flows to identify applicable PPWR requirements, compliance gaps and priority actions.
• Coordinate the collection and validation of supplier compliance documentation, including PPWR statements, technical specifications and supporting evidence.
• Support the preparation of Declarations of Conformity (DoCs) when CEVA or its customers act as the manufacturer, in coordination with country QHSE and Legal teams.
• Engage with suppliers and buyers to address missing information, clarify requirements and monitor corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain a central compliance tracker and document repository, ensuring information is complete, accurate, traceable and accessible.
• Collaborate with QHSE, Legal, Procurement, Account Management and operational teams to ensure consistent implementation across countries and customer accounts.
