Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Intern - Trainee to support the BST team in Marseille. The role focuses on data handling, dashboard creation, and reporting using Excel, Power BI and Python. You will work on transforming data from multiple sources and generating actionable insights.

You will assist in daily management tasks, contribute to annual processes, and collaborate across departments to resolve inquiries in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Strong data handling and transformation skills with Excel, Power BI and Python.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting is preferred.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the implementation of the Sales Performance dashboard and build/optimize reports in Excel.
• Analyze figures to derive trends and provide advanced insights using Power BI and Python.
• Maintain and develop Power BI dashboards and support BST team tasks.
• Assist in the yearly parenting process and data transformation, including templates.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to resolve inquiries.

The purpose is to support the manager in the tasks that fall under department responsibilities:

• Contribute and actively drive the goal of implementing Sales Performance dashboard, build and optimize other reports in excel
• Optimize current reporting and draw conclusions, analyse and interpret figures to derive trends by using advanced excel and powerBI skills
• Generate advanced insights by transforming figures into desired set-ups, from various sources such as traded data or cview data
• Maintains future powerBI dashboard
• Supports with daily management of tasks of BST team
• Assists in yearly parenting process execution spanning from July to January, ie BD communication and data transformation, ie templates preparation with Python
• Assist in digitalization of yearly parenting process
• Works cross-departmentally to assist in solving equiries

• Data handling and transformation to obtain business insights with excel, PowerBI, python
• Identify inefficiencies and automate processes by the use of the above skills, including Sharepoint and AI
• Works cross-departmentally to assist in solving equiries
