Axens recherche un stagiaire pour contribuer au développement des documents de référence du procédé SAF (Hydrogène/Jetanol). Vous serez rattaché au Département Process Licensing à Rueil-Malmaison et intégrerez une équipe opérationnelle multiculturelle.

Vous êtes en dernière année d'école d'ingénieurs en Process/Chemical Engineering, prêt pour un stage de 6 mois, avec des compétences en ProII et Excel et un bon niveau d'anglais exigé.

Internship - Development of Reference Documents for SAF Process (F/M)

Context:

Axens Project Operations Business Division (POP) mission is to provide advanced technologies, basic
engineering design, modular units design and technical services to its customers. The Process
Department works on basic engineering projects and Modular Units Projects development for our
customers but also on new technologies development.
JetanolTM suits SAF production, has been developed by Axens and successfully put on the market in
2022. Since then, several units have already been licensed worldwide. To improve internal tools related
to this process, we are looking for an intern to help develop reference documents.

Tasks and activities:

Assigned to the Process Licensing Department in Rueil-Malmaison, you will contribute to the
development of the reference documentation related to the Hydrogenation section of the Jetanol™ suite.
These documents will be used for Process Engineers assigned to new projects to quickly master this
technology and generate efficiently key licensing deliverables.
Once you have become familiar with the process and the existing master simulation, the objectives will
be to develop a set of baseline deliverables and update the simulation if required.
Your main responsibilities will include:

• Draft clear Process Simulation Guideline documentation for end users
• Standardized key documents such as Pressure Balance, Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping
  & Instrumentation Diagram (P&IDs), and other documents.

As intern you will be integrated into an operational team in a multicultural environment.

Profile:

• Currently in your last year of engineering school specializing in Process/Chemical Engineering, you are looking for a 6-month internship.
• You are proactive and autonomous, interested in process simulation tasks, and familiar with ProII simulation software and Excel.
• A good level of English is mandatory.
