Responsibilities
- Support the successful implementation and adoption of Shippeo for your portfolio of customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding and deployment process.
- Organize, coordinate, and follow up on the actions agreed upon with customers to maintain momentum and ensure project deliverables are met.
- Specify customer needs related to the platform and communicate regularly with Shippeo’s internal teams to support a seamless implementation and adaptation process.
- Prepare and conduct regular weekly meetings and business reviews with customers (on‑site or off‑site) to update all stakeholders on project progress and key milestones.
- Work on internal cross‑team projects and initiatives to continuously strengthen Shippeo’s product offering and improve organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- You are in your final year of a Bachelor or Master degree, preferably studying Business Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics Management or a comparable program.
- You are fluent in French and English.
- You are autonomous in your work and can multitask.
- You have good analytical skills and can handle daily requests from clients.
- You have good interpersonal skills.
- You are rigorous, structured and concise.
- You have good communication skills (written as well as spoken).
