Job summary

CEVA Logistics, intégré au groupe CMA CGM, propose un stage interne CRM Business Analyst à Courbevoie. Vous participerez à la modélisation des processus de vente, à l’analyse et structuration des données CRM via des rapports et dashboards, et au soutien du changement lié à l’adoption du CRM.

Vous travaillerez au sein d’une équipe globale et serez amené(e) à collaborer avec plusieurs fonctions commerciales pour optimiser les performances et l’expérience client.

Qualifications

• Des compétences en analyse et gestion des données CRM sont recherchées.

Responsibilities

• Modéliser les processus de vente.

Rattaché(e) au Global Sales Process Manager, vous intégrez l’équipe Sales Performance & Governance de la Direction Commerciale siège, avec pour mission:

• Modéliser les processus de vente
• Analyser et structurer (rapports, dashboards, dataviz) les données du CRM pour répondre à des besoins variés
• Soutenir la conduite du changement nécessaire à l’adoption du CRM
