Job summary

Danone in Rueil-Malmaison is offering an internship starting January 2026. You will work within the EU First Diet Team to support business and project management activities across Europe, coordinating cross-functional activities and helping deliver projects on time.

You will analyze market data, monitor trends, build dashboards, and prepare presentations for senior leadership. The role also includes stakeholder coordination and opportunities for remote work up to two days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support Business & Commercial team across Europe on innovation, portfolio optimization and continuity projects.
• Coordinate activities across countries and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Insights, R&I, Supply Chain, Operations) to ensure timely delivery.
• Track project timelines, milestones, risks and actions; support governance meetings and leadership updates.
• Conduct market data analysis (e.g., Nielsen, Euromonitor), monitor consumer trends and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Support competitive intelligence by monitoring key players, launches and innovations.
• Build dashboards, trackers and business cases to monitor category, brand and project performance for decision making.
• Support country teams by managing requests, consolidating inputs and following up.
• Prepare presentations, business reviews and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Manage selected topline projects autonomously, driving coordination and execution end to end.

This internship will take place in Rueil-Malmaison, at our headquarters starting from January 2026 Benjamin, EU First Diet Local Brands Business Director in the team EU First Diet Team will guide tour through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role:

Business & Project Management

• You will support the Business & Commercial team in managing innovation, portfolio optimization and business continuity projects across Europe.
• You will coordinate activities across countries and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Insights, R&I, Supply Chain and Operations) to ensure timely project delivery.
• You will track project timelines, milestones, risks and action plans, and support project management routines.
• You will help prepare governance meetings, project reviews and leadership updates.

Business Analysis & Insights

• You will conduct analysis of market data (e.g., Nielsen, Euromonitor), consumer trends and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
• You will support competitive intelligence by monitoring key players, product launches and innovation activities.
• You will build dashboards, trackers and business cases to monitor category, brand and project performances and to support decision‑making.

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

• You will support country teams by managing requests, consolidating inputs and ensuring efficient follow‑up.
• You will contribute to the preparation of presentations, business reviews and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• You will manage selected a few topline projects autonomously, driving coordination and execution from end to end.
