Qualifications

• Currently in your final year of a Master’s degree, ideally from an engineering or business school.

YOUR ROLE

Within the Line Ops department (Shipping division), you will be responsible for developing Business Intelligence (BI) using Qlik Sense.

Your role will involve designing, improving, and harmonizing existing BI applications to ensure the reliability, consistency, and efficiency of reporting and analytics tools. You will also contribute to the successful execution of the roadmap.

The scope covers all operational and/or Cargo Flow topics: schedule management, ports & terminals, vessel technical aspects, fuel consumption & CO2, stowage, network optimization, cargo analysis, idle time monitoring, and more.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Reporting to the Manager of Governance & Business Processes, your main responsibilities will include:

• Designing, in collaboration with IT teams and developers, new BI tools that meet business needs.
• Modeling data and creating interactive, meaningful dashboards to facilitate decision-making.
• Ensuring data quality and consistency across the various BI applications, and performing regular testing and maintenance of existing dashboards.
• Providing support and training to end-users on new tools and features to promote effective, autonomous use of the dashboards.
• Documenting technical processes and contributing to the governance framework for BI tools within the Line Ops scope.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education: Currently in your final year of higher education (Master's degree), ideally from an engineering or business school.

Technical skills: You have initial experience in Qlik Sense development, along with strong analytical skills, and bring an organized, innovative perspective to your work.

Languages: You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Personal qualities: You have strong interpersonal skills.
