Job summary

Sanofi recherche un stagiaire au sein de la franchise Influenza pour soutenir la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de communication scientifique et la création de contenus destinés aux professionnels de santé et aux collaborateurs internes.

Le poste implique la préparation et le suivi des congrès internationaux, le contrôle qualité des documents et la gestion d’un référentiel de preuves pour faciliter la communication entre les entités locales et les affiliés internationaux.

Qualifications

• Autonomie, proactivité et créativité.
• Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, en particulier PowerPoint.
• Connaissance d’une base de données scientifiques, grande attention aux détails et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités.

Responsibilities

• Contribuer à la création et la mise à jour de contenus médicaux et scientifiques destinés aux professionnels de santé et aux collaborateurs internes.
• Contribuer à la préparation et au suivi des congrès internationaux.
• Participer aux contrôles qualité des documents médicaux et scientifiques pour garantir exactitude, cohérence et conformité.
• Aider à la création et à la mise à jour d’un référentiel de preuves et d’actifs facilitant la communication avec les affiliés/pays.
• Soutenir le manager avec les outils Microsoft Office et assurer le suivi et le reporting des activités.

Main responsibilities:

• Contribute to the creation and updating of medical and scientific content intended for healthcare professionals and internal employees
• Collaborate on the preparation and follow-up of international congresses
• Help perform quality checks on medical and scientific documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
• Creating and maintaining a repository of scientific evidence packages and available assets to facilitate communication with affiliates/countries
• Support the manager with Microsoft Office tools and ensure tracking and reporting of activities

About you

• Soft and technical skills : Autonomy, proactivity, creativity. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools especially PowerPoint, knowledge in scientific data base, Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Education : Master's degree in pharmacy or in biology
• Languages : english fluent
