Job summary

Main responsibilities:

• Participatein creating and publishing engaging content across internal social platforms and collaboration channels to increase product visibility and awareness
• Take partin monitoring engagement metrics, in gathering user feedback, and in optimizing communications based on user interactions and performance

About you

• Soft and technical skills: adaptability, autonomy, proactivity. Experience in content creation and copywriting, proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite and AI tools, strong interest in digital products, innovation, and employee experience
• Education: Master’s degree in communication, marketing, digital communication or in management
• Languages: english fluent

Principales responsabilités:

• Participer à la création et à la publication de contenus engageants sur les plateformes sociales internes et les canaux de collaboration afin d’accroître la visibilité et la notoriété des produits
• Participer au suivi des indicateurs d’engagement, à la collecte des retours utilisateurs et à l’optimisation des communications en fonction des interactions et des performances
• Accompagner les Product Owners dans la planification et la coordination des campagnes de communication internes et contribuer au maintien d’une présence produit active
• Contribuer à la création de présentations et de supports de communication pour les revues de leadership, les événements Accelerator, les showcases produits et les initiatives de sensibilisation internes
• Collaborer avec les Product Owners et développer une expérience en gestion de produits digitaux, engagement utilisateurs et conduite du changement dans un environnement international

À propos de toi

• Compétences techniques et relationnelles : adaptabilité, autonomie, force de proposition. Expérience en création de contenus et en copywriting, maîtrise de la suite Microsoft 365 et des outils d’IA, intérêt pour les produits digitaux, l’innovation et l’expérience collaborateur
• Éducation : bac+5 en communication, marketing, communication digitale ou en management
• Langues : obligation anglais courant
