Job summary

Natixis is seeking a Python Finance Valuation Group Developer for a 6-month internship starting December 2026 in Paris. You will design and develop Python tools for valuation and maintain the team’s Bitbucket.

You will prototype AI-based analyses to interpret P&L, IPV, FairVA, and market dynamics, and identify new AI use cases across the organization.

Qualifications

• Engineering-level Bac+5 in Financial Engineering, Data Science, or Computer Science.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong Python, data analysis and AI tooling skills.
• Understanding of derivatives and their valuation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; autonomous and rigorous.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate in a global team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new tools in Python dedicated to valuation issues.

You are joining our Valuation Group team within the Analytics, Controls & Investigations department, which is looking for a Python Finance Valuation Group Developer, for a internship of 6 months from December 2026.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Design and develop new tools in Python dedicated to valuation issues;
• Animate and maintain the proper functioning of the team’s bitbucket;

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a Bac+5 student, you are preparing for an engineering school diploma with a specialization in Financial Engineering, Data Science, or Computer Science.

You are proficient in Python and advanced data analysis and AI tools.

You know about derivatives and their valuation.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and are rigorous and autonomous.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
