Job summary

SANOFI recherche un stagiaire de 6 mois à Vitry-sur-Seine pour soutenir le développement de procédés de culture cellulaire et l’optimisation des opérations en bioproc. Vous collaborerez avec l’équipe R&D et les partenaires de fabrication, en apportant rigueur et esprit analytique.

Diplômé(e) d’un Bac+5 en biotechnologie ou génie biochimique, vous maîtriserez la culture cellulaire, l’analyse de données et la communication technique; une pratique de l’anglais est souhaitée.

Qualifications

• Bac+5 en biotechnologie, bioproc engineering ou génie biochimique.
• Compétences en culture cellulaire et bioproduction.
• Bonnes capacités d’analyse de données et de communication.
• Anglais courant souhaité.

Responsibilities

• Participer à la conception et exécution d’expériences de culture cellulaire en bioreacteurs.
• Analyser les données de procédé et identifier les relations paramètre–performance.
• Améliorer et optimiser les procédés et protocoles en laboratoire.
• Réaliser des revues bibliographiques et collecter des informations techniques.
• Rédiger SOPs, protocoles d’études et rapports techniques en respectant les exigences HSE.
• Collaborer avec les équipes et partenaires pour interpréter résultats et formuler des recommandations.
• Présenter les résultats et documenter les conclusions techniques.

Main responsibilities:

• Participate with the R&D team in the design and execution of cell culture experiments using laboratory-scale bioreactors and high-throughput bioreactor systems, including sample collection and analysis
• Contribute to process data analysis and the identification of relationships between process parameters and performance, supporting the definition of appropriate operating ranges
• Contribute to the improvement and optimization of laboratory processes and experimental protocols, as well as to the evaluation of innovative technologies
• Support development activities by conducting literature reviews and gathering technical information
• Contribute to the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures, study protocols and technical reports, integrating Health, Safety and Environmental requirements
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, analytical teams and manufacturing partners to interpret experimental results and translate them into process recommendations
• Take part in presenting experimental results and scientific conclusions to the project team and contribute to the associated technical documentation
