QSRP (www.qsrp.com) launches the new edition of its International Talent Program, a global pathway designed for ambitious graduates (BSc or Master) with a strong analytical mindset and the drive to turn insights into action.
Based in HQ functions within a fast-growing Quick Service Restaurant group — with brands such as Burger King, Quick, O’Tacos, G La Dalle, Chopstix and Dunkin' — you will work on data-driven projects with direct impact on business performance.
The 24-month program includes 2 international rotations across EU HQs (Antwerp, Paris, Milan, London, Amsterdam) and functions (Finance, Marketing, Digital, Project Management, Business Intelligence, IT, Development, Franchising, Operations, Supply Chain), offering broad exposure to how decisions are shaped and executed.
In a dynamic and demanding environment, you will be expected to build robust analyses, support decision-making, and contribute to execution—developing both rigor and speed in the process.
Through mentorship, structured learning and continuous exposure to senior stakeholders, you will strengthen your analytical and leadership capabilities. Upon positive completion, you will have the opportunity to continue your career in a key role within the Group.

You will be assigned a mentor, who will coach you personally. Through systematic, quality feedback, you will achieve self-insight (strengths/weaknesses) and improve your self-management in order to achieve your goals.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in a select role within one of our business units based on your preferences and our needs.
