Job summary

The United Nations Environment Programme in Paris seeks an International Consultant for the Twinning Project Phase II and Technical Assistance for the Caribbean Regional Work Programme. Qualifications

• Experience with regional coordination and policy implementation is desirable.
• Ability to develop knowledge products and tools for capacity building is desirable.
• Experience in technical reviews to ensure compliance with international guidelines is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outputs that enable coordination between NOUs and NEEPs in the Caribbean region.
• Apply standardized knowledge products and tools and operationalize them through capacity-building workshops.
• Provide specialized technical services to Belize, Saint Lucia and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in energy efficiency projects.
