Pernod Ricard seeks a motivated intern for Global Internal Audit & Internal Control, starting March 2027 in Paris. You will assist on internal control topics, data analytics, and risk assessments within a global team.

You will work under the Global Internal Control Manager, participate in audits, tests, and reporting, and gain exposure to governance, risk & compliance initiatives across the group.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree with an approved intern am agreement.
• Able to commit to a 6-month internship starting March 2027.
• Passion for internal audit, internal control, and data analytics.

Responsabilités

• Support internal control topics and SAPIN II reporting.
• Assist audit missions including data analytics and testing of processes.
• Identify risks and formalize recommendations for improvements.
• Contribute to transversal projects and prepare analyses for Audit Committee.

Want to join a fast-moving company and work among convivial teams?Pernod Ricard is looking for its next Intern: GlobalInternal Audit & Internal Control, starting in March 2027 for 6 months. You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

You will be part of theGlobalInternal Audit team comprised of 4 functions coveringGlobalInternal Audits,GlobalInternal Control (also covering Data Analytics), Risk & Insurance. The team is comprised of11members led by theGlobal VP Internal Audit.

You will participate to support theGlobalInternal Control manager on subjects related to Internal control,GlobalInternal Auditors in their audits, and also work to support the data analytics roadmap for the teamalong with support on ad-hoc Risk & Insurance subjects. You will report to theGlobalInternal Control Manager

Your key missions:

• You will participate inGlobalInternal Control Topics such as the preparation of presentations, support on theGlobalGRC Tool (Governance, Risk & Compliance), SAPIN II reporting, support implementation of key projects and support to reinforcing training on key processes
• You will participate in Group-wide internal audit missions (pre-work, data analytics, support during audits including tests on different operational cycles and help prepare the internal audit reports)
• You will identify risks/weaknesses in the business processes and formalization of recommendations
• You will contribute to other transversal projects such as thematic audits and prepare analyses for the Audit Committee and Top Management
• You will contribute to other recurring missions (follow-up of previous audit points etc.)
• You will provide support on the analysis of dashboards for impactful insights and reporting
• You will provide support ad-hoc support to Risk and Insurance topics

Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
