Job summary

Egis is seeking a high-potential Master’s level student for a 6-month Corporate Internal Audit internship in Paris. You will work with the internal audit team to develop methodologies, create training materials, and maintain a knowledge repository while contributing to data analytics and AI initiatives.

You will build Power BI dashboards, analyze audit findings, and support governance reporting. Strong analytical, communication, and English skills are essential for success in this international

Qualifications

• Master's level student from Engineering School, Business School, or University.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Interest in internal audit, internal control, governance, data analytics, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Formalize audit methodologies and best practices.

About the Role

6-Month Internship - Corporate Internal Audit (M/F)

Audit Academy Development

• Formalize audit methodologies and best practices.
• Participate to the design of training materials covering the full audit lifecycle: planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up of recommendations.
• Structure and maintain a knowledge repository and SharePoint workspace dedicated to auditors.

Power BI & Data Analytics

• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and visualizations used for reporting to the Audit Committee and Executive Management.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses of audit engagements, findings, recommendations, and implementation status.
• Identify trends, recurring risks, and improvement opportunities from audit data.
• Support the preparation of reports and presentations for governance bodies.

Audit Engagement Support

• Assist in the logistical organization of audit assignments.
• Follow up on document requests and coordinate communications with audited entities.
• Ensure compliance with document retention, archiving, and data protection requirements.
• Administer and analyze satisfaction surveys completed by auditees.

Audit Recommendation Follow-Up

• Prepare related dashboards and management reports.
• Coordinate the implementation of the escalation process defined by the Audit Department.

AI & Audit Digital Transformation

• In cooperation with Senior Auditors, develop a library of prompts and Artificial Intelligence use cases tailored to internal audit activities.
• Test and document solutions aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of audit work.
• Support the deployment of AI best practices across the Internal Audit function

• Master's level student from an Engineering School, Business School, or University.
